The 13-step manufacturing process takes 23 days and includes state-of-the-art grinding and polishing technologies for outstanding quality. Robotic technology ensures precise dimensional accuracy, while computer-assisted color and number production guarantees a perfect fit for each replacement ball. Despite extensive automated quality controls, each ball is finally manually inspected to ensure absolute reliability. Saluc also focuses on environmentally friendly production through an in-house water treatment and recycling system.
